Sandhoe Community

The Sandhoe Community website is created for the benefit and use of residents of the parish of Sandhoe in Northumberland.  It is not a parish council web site associated to any parish council, but may from time to time reflect on and report the public business of Sandhoe Parish Council and others when appropriate. The Sandhoe Community website is a subscription web site (No fees are charged).  In order to access a proportion of its content you must submit a registration form online. We validate your email address and postcode and the IP address of your computer and reserve the right to exclude non-compliant applications.
When you submit an online form, you are agreeing to allow us to use the personal information you give us to contact you about matters relating to the Sandhoe Community. If you do not agree to this, please do not submit the form.
We will remove any personal information about you on request, please contact us to let us know.
We only record information about you if you have given it to us by completing an online form on the Sandhoe Community website.  We undertake not to use this information for any purpose whatsoever other than the purpose stated on the form page.  We will never pass or sell information about you to any other individual or organisation, unless we abliged to do so by law.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
